Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

- Sales and Revenue Generation

- Prepare and present proposals, pitches, and presentations to potential clients.
- Account Management
- Manage multiple client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular account reviews to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Monitor account performance and provide reports to clients and management.
- Project Coordination
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the seamless execution of client projects.
- Oversee the implementation of client campaigns and initiatives.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Market Research and Analysis
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify potential opportunities and threats.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in account management, sales, or a related role.
